Empower Your Daughter to Conquer Girl Drama & Build Healthy Friendships
Girl Drama is no joke
It’s emotionally and socially destructive, shattering self-esteem, fueling anxiety, and making it incredibly difficult for teenage girls to form healthy friendships.
Even worse, it’s often minimized or misunderstood, allowing toxic relationship patterns to take root and
last a lifetime.
You don’t have to figure out how to support
your daughter on your own.
We know how heartbreaking it is to watch your daughter struggle with
friendships and not know how to help. That’s why we created Teen Wise.
Built for teen girls. Backed by psychology. Trusted by parents.
At Teen Wise, we specialize in helping teen girls navigate friendship challenges while giving parents the tools to support them. We know Girl Drama is often dismissed as “just drama,” but we see it for what it really is: big, important, and deeply impactful.
These early relationship experiences shape how girls see themselves, how they connect with others, and how they carry confidence into adulthood.
Our 12-week coaching pathway is designed to give both
of you skills you'll use for the rest of your lives...

What parents usually ask before getting started...
How is Teen Wise different from Therapy?
Teen Wise can compliment therapy or provide an alternative when therapy feels too clinical for the challenges your daughter is facing. While therapy often focuses on emotional processing and diagnosis, Teen Wise is skill-based and forward-thinking.
For some families coaching is a powerful next step after therapy. For others, it works alongside it by reinforcing progress with actionable strategies. Cochin can also help identify a need for therapy or offer support when it doesn’t quite fit.
What age group do you work with?
We typically work with middle and high school girls, ages 11 to 18, who are navigating friendship challenges, social stress, and emotional growth. While our coaching is tailored to this stage of development, the skills they learn will grow with them, supporting healthy relationships well into adulthood.
If your daughter falls outside of this age range, we’d still love to talk and see how we can support her.
What happens after the 12-week coaching program?
Many girls and parents feel confident and equipped after completing the 12-week program, but support doesn’t have to end there. For families who want continued guidance, we offer options to extend coaching.
You can also join The Mom Wise Collective, our parent support group, where moms can stay connected, get ongoing guidance, and continue growing alongside their daughters.
What is my daughter isn't open to coaching?
That’s okay and more common than you might think. If she’s not ready the best place to start is with you. When you build your own tools and confidence, you’re better equipped to support her in a way that invites trust and growth.
You can join The Mom Wise Collective, our parent support group, or schedule private parent coaching for more personalized guidance. Scheduling a parent consult is the perfect next step to talk through your options and get support.

Meet the Mom Who Started It All
Teen wise was founded by Coach Sheri, a teen girl expert with a master’s in counseling and psychology and advanced training from institutions like Stanford. As a mom of three daughters, she saw a clear gap in support for girls, especially when it came to navigating friendships, building confidence, and developing emotional resilience.
She created Teen Wise to fill that gap, empowering girls with practical tools and equipping parents to support them confidently. Today, Coach Sheri is building a team of certified coaches trained in the same trusted approach- The Teen Wise Method.
